The application technology is no different from any top coat:

Apply the base, dry it in a lamp, apply color to the base in 1-2 layers, each of which, of course, also dry. Secure the top with topcoat and dry it again in the lamp.
If you use an old-fashioned sushi UV lamp, 2 minutes per layer, if an LED lamp, 30 seconds is enough.
