The application technology is no different from any base:

Prepare the nail plate, buff it a little, apply a degreaser and, if necessary, ultrabond.
Apply a thin layer of the base using a brush, dry it in a lamp, apply color to the base in 1-2 layers, each of which, of course, also dry. Secure the top with topcoat.
If you use an old sushi UV lamp for 2 minutes each layer, if you use an LED lamp 30 seconds is enough.
