NUB Glow Up Top Coat is a special top for gel nail polish, which contains a special pigment of the luminophore. It is thanks to the luminophore that the effect of glow in the dark is achieved. Its particles "charge" from the light, and then glow in a dark room. The fluorescent top has the property of bright greenish glow, stimulating the imagination of the master to create incredible and fantastic nyle designs.

Important! NUB Glow Up Top Coat is able to change colors of decorative coatings, giving them a light greenish-milky shade. Therefore, this top should be used as a self-coating, for designs or applied over light, suitable for tone gel.
