Molekula Universal EO Base Coat is a universal base for gel and gel polish. It has a liquid consistency, due to which it lays down in a thin transparent layer and the nail retains its natural look. Ideal for artists who prefer to work with liquid bases. The tool has a dispersion (sticky) layer. Consistency - medium liquid viscosity.
How to use: apply one layer and dry in a UV lamp for 2 minutes, LED lamp for 30-40 seconds.
