is a thin highly pigmented base with the effect of neon glow in ultraviolet rays

An important advantage of the base is that it is laid out in one layer without weighing down the nail. Quickly self-levels have an elastic texture and dense pigment. It is used as an independent color coating and for designs. Requires a primer layer of the base substrate. Not suitable for alignment. Suitable for pedicure. To preserve the saturation of neon shades and prevent burnout, the neon base should be covered with a top with UV filters RUBBER TOP/ STOP SCRATCH TOP. Recommended for all types of nails.

Application technology:

0. Prepare the nail plate for coating: perform a manicure, give the desired shape to the free edge of the nail. When using the remover, remove its remains with a wet tissue
1. Degreasing: mechanically (using a buff) and chemically (using PREP&FINISH and a lint-free tissue) degrease the nail plate
2. Dehydration/dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail, let it air dry until a whitish shade appears on the surface of the nail plate
3. Bonding: with a semi-dry brush, apply ULTRABOND acid-free primer to the entire nail, departing from the cuticle and side ridges by 1 mm. Allow airing dry for 15 seconds
4. Base coat: apply the MULTI/RUBBER BASE priming coat with a thin/rubbing layer. Polymerize the base coating in a UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, in an LED lamp for 60 seconds
5. Color: apply NEON BASE with a thin layer. Polymerize the base in a UV lamp for 2-4 minutes, in an LED lamp for 60 seconds
6. Finish coating: fix the coating with a top with UV filters RUBBER/STOP SCRATCH TOP. Polymerize in a UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, in an LED lamp for 1 minute

When using a top with a sticky layer of RUBBER TOP - let the coating cool down, then remove the stickiness with PREP&FINISH and a lint-free napkin.

! Neon color can temporarily change shade or become stained (fluorescence) under the influence of ultraviolet light. Provided that the technology of applying neon gel polish is followed, the color is restored after the material cools down.
